1. About these terms
"RockDash" or the "Service" means our dashboard application and related website. "We", "us" and "our" mean Rock Application Systems, LLC. "You" means the person using the Service or the organization that person is authorized to represent.
By using the Service, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can validly be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement and, when acting for an organization, authority to do so. Additional or separately signed terms govern the specific matters they expressly cover; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
2. What RockDash provides
RockDash lets you organize links, notes, cards and external-service information in personal or shared pages. Features include configurable layouts and themes, search channels, page permissions and optional integrations. Availability depends on your account, deployment, configuration and the external services involved.
The Service is a productivity interface. It is not the source system for connected providers and does not replace their records, security controls or services. Screenshots and demonstration workspaces illustrate the product; they are not a promise of particular data, integrations, pricing, service levels or results for your account.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your authorized use and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Notify contact@rockapps.com.br promptly if you suspect that your account or integration credentials have been compromised.
Do not share credentials to bypass access controls or impersonate another person. Some authentication and recovery options depend on an email address or an external identity provider being configured. Keep your account details current and do not assume that every sign-in method has the same recovery options.
4. Your content and shared pages
You retain your rights in content you add to RockDash. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit and display it to operate the Service, follow your instructions and meet applicable obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload content, connect accounts or share personal information. Choose page visibility and membership carefully. Members with editing rights can modify content, and recipients may copy information they can access. Removing a member does not retrieve copies that person previously obtained.
Keep independent copies of important information. Do not treat a dashboard, a monitoring card or a remote integration as your only backup, audit record, alerting channel or safety-critical control.
5. Acceptable use
Use RockDash lawfully and within your authorization. Do not use it to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, conduct fraud or harassment, collect data unlawfully, or access another person’s account or systems without permission.
Do not bypass authentication, permission checks, rate limits or other safeguards; disrupt the Service; probe or scan systems without authorization; or use integrations, embeds and monitoring features to reach networks or resources you are not permitted to access. These restrictions do not prevent activities expressly allowed by mandatory law or an authorized security-testing arrangement.
6. Integrations and third-party services
You choose whether to connect external services and authorize the permissions required for the features you use. Your provider agreement, subscription, API limits and permissions continue to apply. External services may change, limit or discontinue access, which can affect a RockDash integration.
Some cards can perform supported actions in a connected account when you initiate them, including changes to email state. Review an action before executing it. Disconnecting an integration in RockDash and revoking its authorization with the provider are distinct steps; neither necessarily deletes records already held by that provider.
Third-party names identify compatible services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. We do not control external websites, their content or their availability. Check important information against the relevant source system before relying on it.
7. Paid services and billing
If you purchase a paid RockDash service, the price, currency, taxes, billing period, included features and applicable renewal or cancellation conditions must be disclosed in the purchase flow, order or separate agreement. Merely visiting this website or viewing a price description does not authorize a charge.
Recurring billing applies only where disclosed and agreed to as part of the purchase. Follow the cancellation method stated in that purchase or agreement; contact contact@rockapps.com.br if you need assistance. Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law. These Terms do not create an undisclosed minimum commitment, automatic renewal, trial or refund exclusion.
An external provider may charge separately for an account or integration. A Stripe billing card displays information from a connected Stripe account; that connection is not itself a purchase of a RockDash subscription.
8. Our software and brand
RockDash’s software, design, branding and website materials belong to Rock Application Systems, LLC or their respective licensors, except for your content and third-party materials. We permit you to access and use the Service for its intended purpose while you comply with the applicable agreement.
These Terms do not grant ownership of our software, trademarks or other intellectual property, or permission to present yourself as our representative. Open-source components and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or modify the Service to improve functionality, address security or comply with legal requirements. Interruptions, errors and delays can occur, including because of external providers. No specific uptime, support response time or feature roadmap is promised unless included in an applicable service agreement.
If a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide the notice and options required by the relevant agreement and applicable law. Information shown in financial, operational, weather or other cards may be incomplete or delayed and is not professional advice.
10. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using RockDash and request account closure by emailing contact@rockapps.com.br. Stopping use, disconnecting a provider or deleting workspace content does not itself cancel a separately agreed subscription; use its stated cancellation process.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unauthorized access, abuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Urgent protection of users or systems may require immediate action.
When access ends, treatment of personal information follows the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Arrange an authorized copy of important content before closure where possible, and contact us for assistance with data you cannot retrieve yourself.
11. Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any express service commitments, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for the content you supply, the permissions you grant and the decisions you make using information displayed in RockDash.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or limits responsibility for conduct that applicable law does not allow a provider to disclaim. Any additional allocation or limitation of liability must come from an applicable agreement and remain subject to those protections.
12. Questions, disputes and applicable law
Contact contact@rockapps.com.br with questions, billing concerns or complaints so we can try to resolve them. Doing so does not prevent you from contacting a competent regulator or pursuing a remedy available under applicable law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant agreement and mandatory legal rules, including protections that apply to your place of residence where required. These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration procedure, class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign forum.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated with the notice required by the applicable agreement or law, and acceptance will be obtained where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to earlier events.
These legal pages are maintained in English across the website’s language versions. For questions about the Service or these Terms, contact Rock Application Systems, LLC at contact@rockapps.com.br.
